On site Coordination – due to the high profile of this event and the vast array of activities like, transportation of arrivals, on site registration, fly charters, Rooming List, meals, dinners, special events, artists, dressings rooms, production, gifts in rooms, special requirements, parties inside and outside the hotel, pre-check in at the airport and intineraries follow up.

Ticketing- one of the biggest challenges was to assure a perfect telemarketing and to invite personaly each of the 800 participants in a very limited period of time.

VIPS – personalized and executive service even a mini golf tournament for executives

Coordination of Transfers of arrival, departure and during the event

Entertainment Coordination and Logistic – Programs and content of the artists and exhibitors throughout the event.
