Type of Project:  Local Sales and Marketing campaing, Introduction of new products to the local market – on site

Audience: 900 Ingeniers and buyers from 21 cities in Mexico

Brief: To reinforce the brand in Mexico and introduce the new products available for this market.

The Client: The Reinhousen Group is in the Power technology Business and is located in Regensburg, Germany as well as 23 subsidiaries around the World.

Venue: Merida, Villahermosa, Veracruz, Puebla, Mexico City, Morelos, Tizayuca, Toluca, Huhuetoca, Tlanepantla, Irapuato, Guanajuato, San Luis Potosi, Tampico, Apodaca, Monterrey, Gomez Palacio, Los Mochis, Hermosillo and Tijuana.

21 stops during 6 weeks from south to north and more than 15,000 km across the country.

Challenges

 “WE HAVE TO SAY IT, THIS WAS ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT EVENTS THAT WE HAVE EVER MADE”

  • We had to learn all about the road permits, Ingeneering and Legal constraints to built one trailer in Mexico in order to show all the Reinhousen MR products. The trailer should had electric conections and capacity for the total amount of products that took part as the exposition.
  • Importing Industrial Electric Goods, wow this was tough!
  • The Trailer should had all the ammenities to present the products like: Perfect distribution, Minibar, video and Audio system, plasma TV and the trailer had to be able to open one wall of  itself to become a platform where the exposition was held.
  • Drive all over the country  more than 15,000 kilometers around the country in 6 weeks.
  • Logistics and whole program, Organize meetings and conferences for more than 900 people in 21 cities.

The main idea was to aproach the client in his house, we shouldnt wait for them to come to us. During more than 6 weeks we visited more than 900 specialist  and producers in the power and technology industry.

We look for the opportunity to show them and experience the fully functional products on borrad and talk with the Reinhousen Experts and to Exchange ideas as well. So they could see the products in action at first hand.
