Responsibilities

• Transport coordination of various arrivals, departures and several tours during the entire event

• Coordination of different tours around the Yucatán Peninsula

• Organization and preparation of the gala dinner

• Assure customized Konica Minolta branding throughout the event

• Coordinate staff: hotel, waiters, event venues, production, external guides, VIP assistance
