DSM (DSM-Firmenich)

The global nutrition company DSM held its World Nutrition Forum 2023 in Cancun. For 3 days, 700 invited guests attended top scientific conferences at the International Convention Center. SAT Mexico DMC played a determining role in this event where the level of details exceeded all expectations. First of all, by deploying more than 175 vehicles to cover the arrivals/departures of the 700 participants, and by having under its coordination, more than 30 professional staff to deliver the event. Then, by hosting the speakers’ dinner and the farewell dinner for 700 pax : a buyout of the iconic Mandala Beach and America Latina’s biggest night club, The City. SAT Mexico DMC also delivered 5,000 gifts products (85% directly from Mexico), branding and printing materials, as well as the video/photo production coverage of the event. Finally, in 1 day, SAT Mexico DMC coordinated 3 tours in Riviera Maya which gathered close to 500 guests.
