Boehringer Ingelheim - Puerto Vallarta

The globally renowned pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim, did trust SAT Mexico DMC for the organization of their events in Mexico in the past years, and they still do in 2023. For their American Perspective Summit in April 2023, Boehringer Ingelheim chose Puerto Vallarta as the perfect reunion destination for both international and national attendees. SAT Mexico DMC worked in close cooperation with the Sheraton Buganvilias hotel and the local partners from Puerto Vallarta, to deliver a successful event for 110 attendees. Plenary and breakout sessions for 4 days, a complete audiovisual production in all the meeting rooms, welcome and farewell dinner at the hotel’s venues, and a VIP dinner at a restaurant on the beach. SAT Mexico DMC also took care of delivering all the printing materials needed during the conference, to close the organization of this event up to its smallest details.
