AUDI First Stone in Mexico
In order to celebrate the First Stone Laying of the first Mexican Audi production in San Jose Chiapa (Puebla), a big event of 4 days was organized. It included various events for separated groups (suppliers, VIP board, press).
The brief was to offer a professional and problem-free organization and execution of the event, according to the high-scale wishes and guidelines of the client in order to provide highest exclusivity to its audience.
- Responsabilities
- Meet and Greet at airport with further transportation to hotel
- Meet and Greet at airport with further transportation to hotel
- Transport coordination of participants during event – including VIP air transportation and bus transfer
- Organization of Q5 Driving Experience, including
- Photo and video production
- Coordination with government
- Assure customized Audi Branding and Product Placement throughout the event
- Logistics of material and brand products, handled between Germany, Mexico City and Puebla
- Chalenges
- Exceed the client’s expectations by professionally handling the whole event with all customized details and special requests.
- Offering individual programs for different target groups and its according needs and interests
- Combining the different work cultures of Mexico and Germany, including the time difference of 7 hours and the use of virtual communication tools without face-to-face interaction due to the partial distance
- Offering exclusivity and the “best of the best” in every aspect (hospitality, food, organization)
